Is professional air duct cleaning something you should do annually?
Not necessarily. In our experience, most people use this service after remodeling or buying a home.
However, if someone in your household suffers from allergies or asthma, clean air ducts can provide relief. We recommend cleaning your air ducts more frequently – every 3 to 5 years – if you have health concerns.
signs your ducts need cleaned

Air Duct Cleaning Process
Our team protects you, your pets, and your home from contaminants by using a high quality vacuum system and following proper cleaning procedures.
Walk Thru
We get an accurate count of all supply and return registers. Then, we walk you through all of your options, pros and cons, allowing you to make the decision that best fits your needs with no pressure.
Preparation
Once the furniture and obstacles are moved out of the way, we carefully unload our equipment, paying close attention to the doorframe and walls.
Evaluate Access Ports
We inspect the access ports and, if needed, open a central access point.
Remove and Clean Register Covers
The register covers are brushed and vacuumed to get rid of debris.
Pre-Vacuum Vents
The supply and return vents are vacuumed to limit the amount of dust being released into the home during the cleaning process.
Negative Air Hook Up
We hook up a negative air machine that creates negative pressure (i.e., a vacuum effect) throughout the HVAC system.
Seal Vents
Each individual duct is sealed to maximize airflow.
Rotary Brushing
Nylon rotary brushes loosen soil inside the ducts.
Compressed Air
Compressed air blasts through the ducts and pushes contaminants through the pressurized system. All the gunk is collected in the negative air machine.
Replace Register Covers
All of the vent and register covers are put back in their origin position.
Clean Up
We tidy up the workspace and seal or replace access points as needed.

Additional Cleaning Options
Endoscope
The air duct supply and return vents are thoroughly inspected with an endoscope connected to a display monitor.
Deodorizer
A deodorizer is misted into the vents while they are under negative pressure, allowing the product to travel further within the HVAC system and eliminate odors.
Sanitizer/Mildewcide
The sanitizer/mildewcide are applied while the system is under negative pressure to ensure a thorough application of the product.
Soot Setter
This product keeps harmful soot from being released into the indoor environment. If you like to burn candles on a daily basis or you use a fireplace or wood burning stove in your home then soot could be hiding in the nooks and crannies of your duct work.
Degrease Register Covers
Each register cover is thoroughly washed with a solvent degreaser that breaks up the soil and grease
