Walk Thru
We measure the carpet area and walk the customer through all of the options, pros and cons, allowing them to make the decision that best fits their needs with no pressure.
Preparation
After the furniture, blinds, bed skirts, and obstacles are moved out of the way, we carefully unload our equipment, paying close attention to the doorframe and walls. (Should you move furniture ahead of time? Find out.)
Pre-Vacuum
The carpets are vacuumed to remove dry soil. This makes the steam cleaning more effective and reduces dry time. (Should you vacuum ahead of time? Find out.)
Spot Treatment
Tough spots are broken up with soil specific and industry leading spotters. (Learn about spot treatment.)
Pre-Conditioner
We apply a high quality pre-conditioner to loosen soil trapped within the carpet fibers. It is agitated into the carpet as needed.
Soil Extraction
Once loosened, the soil is removed with the appropriate technique: professional truck-mounted hot water extraction (HWE) or very low moisture (VLM) carpet cleaning.
Carpet Rinse
We rinse the carpet, leaving it pH neutral, to keep residue from building up as quickly in the future.
Post Spot Treatment
If a spot did not come up entirely during the initial cleaning, we repeat the spot treatment and extraction steps.
Final Inspection
After a final walk through, we review our work with the customer and get approval.

Fast Drying
Fans are placed on the carpets to speed up the drying time.
Post Carpet Grooming
This technique fluffs up the carpets and removes cleaning lines, allowing them to dry even faster. When deodorizers, bactericides, and carpet protectants are applied, they are groomed into the carpet at no extra charge to ensure a smooth application of the product.
Urine Neutralizer & Removal
Pet urine smells are eliminated from the underlying carpet pad with this powerful extraction method.
Deep Scrub Cleaning
Special boosters knock out hard-to-remove stains and grimy traffic areas. They are mechanically agitated into the carpet, making them even more potent.
Carpet Protectant

Bactericide and mildewcide products are groomed into the carpet fibers to protect against micro-organisms.
Deodorizer
Formulated to eliminate odors rather than mask them, this deodorizer continues destroying odors deep within the carpet for several days, leaving only a light fresh scent behind.
Water Extraction
Extracting water from the carpet and underlying pad helps prevent mold and bacterial growth and will significantly reduce drying times, even when dehumidifiers and fans are used.
Hot Water Extraction (HWE) Only
For customers who prefer HWE (commonly known as Steam Cleaning), this option ensures that only HWE will be utilized during the cleaning process.
Very Low Moisture (VLM) Only
For anyone who is particularly concerned with speedy dry times, the VLM cleaning process allows for the carpet to be almost completely dry by the time we finish cleaning.
